脑出血诊断中磁共振成像与CT的应用价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对比分析核磁共振(MRI)与CT诊断脑出血的价值。方法:选取2017年7月-2019年7月经术后病理确诊的脑出血患者80例,分别进行MRI和CT检查。对比两种方法的综合诊断率以及对丘脑出血、脑叶出血、壳核出血、基底节出血的检出率。结果:MRI诊断符合率高于CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI对丘脑出血、壳核出血的检出率明显高于CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI对脑叶出血的检出率略高于CT,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MRI与CT对基底节出血的检出率均较高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MRI与CT在脑出血中的诊断中,均具备较高的价值,但MRI的综合诊断准确率更高。鉴于CT检查费用低,因此在临床中,医生可以根据患者具体情况灵活选用诊断方式。 Objective:To comparative analyze the value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From July 2017 to July 2019,80 cases of patients with confirmed cerebral hemorrhage were enrolled,they all performed MRI and CT examinations respectively.The combined diagnostic rate of the two methods and the detection rate of thalamic hemorrhage,cerebral lobe hemorrhage,putamen hemorrhage and basal ganglia hemorrhage were compared.Results:The accurate coincidence rate of MRI was higher than CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of MRI for thalamic hemorrhage and putamen hemorrhage were significantly higher than that of CT,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of MRI for cerebral lobe hemorrhage was slightly higher than that of CT,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Both MRI and CT had higher detection rates for basal ganglia hemorrhage,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:MRI and CT have high value in the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage,but the comprehensive diagnosis accuracy of MRI is higher.In view of the low cost of CT examination,doctors can flexibly choose the diagnostic method according to the specific situation of patients in clinical practice.
