专职化分层护理小组在前列腺电切术后持续膀胱冲洗中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of the professional stratified nursing group in the continuous bladder irrigation after prostatectomy

目的:分析专职化分层护理小组在前列腺电切术后持续膀胱冲洗中的应用效果。方法:2017年7月-2018年12月收治前列腺增生患者65例,按不同护理方式分为两组。试验组采用专职化分层护理小组干预;对照组采用常规护理方案。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组置管时长、膀胱冲洗时长及住院时长均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及生活质量评分(QOL)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:专职化分层护理小组能够有效改善患者病情,提高患者生活质量,促进患者身体快速恢复。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of the professional stratified nursing group in the continuous bladder irrigation after prostatectomy.Methods:From July 2017 to December 2018,65 cases of patients with prostatic hyperplasia were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The experimental group adopted professional stratified nursing intervention,while the control group adopted conventional nursing intervention.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The length of catheter placement,bladder irrigation and hospital stays in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The IPSS scale score and QOL scale score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Professional stratified nursing group can effectively improve the patients'condition,improve the quality of life and promote the rapid recovery of the patients'body.
