观察改良早期预警评分与SBAR沟通模式在急诊科护理中的应用

Objective To observe the application of improved early warning score and SBAR communication mode in emergency department nursing

目的:观察改良早期预警评分(MEWS)与SBAR沟通模式在急诊科护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年5月急诊科患者156例,随机分为两组,各78例。对照组实施常规评估方式;观察组实施MEWS与SBAR沟通模式。比较两组病情掌握情况、护理不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组对患者病情的掌握情况及护理满意度均优于对照组,护理不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MEWS与SBAR沟通模式在急诊科护理中应用效果较好,能够提高对患者病情的掌握情况,减少护理不良事件发生率,提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective:To observe the application effect of improved early warning score(MEWS)and SBAR communication mode in emergency department nursing.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020,156 emergency patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 78 patients in each group.The control group was given routine assessment.The observation group was given MEWS and SBAR communication mode.We compared the two groups'condition mastery,incidence of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction.Results:In the observation group,the mastery of the patient's condition and nursing satisfaction were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of nursing adverse events was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of MEWS and SBAR communication mode in emergency department nursing is better,it can improve the mastery of the patient's condition,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,and improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing.
