糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析中运用护理干预的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of nursing intervention on diabetic chronic renal failure during hemodialysis

目的:探讨糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析中运用护理干预的效果。方法:将糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者72例随机分为两组,各36例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用护理干预。比较两组患者生活质量、心理状况、护理满意度及并发症情况。结果:观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)各项评分及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分及护理满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:护理干预应用在糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析中可以有助于提升患者治疗舒适度,改善负面情绪,提升生活质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention in hemodialysis of diabetic chronic renal failure.Methods:72 patients with diabetic chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis were randomly divided into the two groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing.The observation group used nursing intervention.The quality of life,psychological status,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing intervention in hemodialysis of diabetic chronic renal failure can help to improve the comfort of patients,improve negative emotions,improve the quality of life,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
