摘要 目的:探究急诊重症监护室护理中人文关怀的应用价值。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年5月急诊重症监护室患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上实施人文关怀护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后舒适度(GCQ)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊重症监护室患者护理中实施人文关怀,能够有效提高患者舒适度及满意度,改善患者心理状态。 Objective:To explore the application value of humanistic nursing in emergency ICU.Methods:From February 2019 to May 2020,80 cases of patients from ICU were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group carried out conventional nursing,while the observation group carried out humanistic nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The GCQ scale score after nursing in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS scale score and SDS scale score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanistic nursing in the emergency ICU can effectively improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients and improve their psychological state.
