胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术的护理研究

Nursing research of lung cancer radical operation under thoracoscope

目的:分析胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术的护理价值。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治行胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术的患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组功能状况、情感状况及身体状况评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组胸腔引流管撤离时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的综合护理,可改善患者肺癌症状,预防术后并发症的发生,缩短患者术后恢复时间。

Objective:To analyze the nursing value of thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,62 patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing.We compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results:In the experimental group,the scores of functional status,emotional status and physical condition were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the evacuation time of thoracic drainage tube,the time of leaving bed and the hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing of thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer can improve the symptoms of lung cancer,prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications and shorten the recovery time of patients.
