脑卒中健康教育个案管理的应用及效果分析

Application and effect analysis of case management of stroke health education

目的:分析健康教育个案管理脑卒中患者的应用效果。方法:2019年4月-2020年5月收治脑卒中患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理干预;试验组实施健康教育个案管理。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组疾病知识掌握率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组半年内复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者实施健康教育个案管理的效果显著,有效降低半年复发率,提高患者疾病知识掌握程度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of health education case management in stroke patients.Methods:From April 2019 to May 2020,100 cases of stroke patients were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group carried out conventional nursing intervention,while the experimental group carried out case management of health education.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The mastery rate of disease knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate within six months of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of health education case management in stroke patients is remarkable,which can effectively reduce the half-year recurrence rate and improve the patients’mastery rate of knowledge about disease.
