互助管理对流浪精神发育迟滞患者康复效果的影响

Influence of mutual aid management on rehabilitation effect of vagrant mental retardation patients

目的:探讨互助管理模式对流浪精神发育迟滞患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取住院精神发育迟滞患者42例,分观察组和对照组,各21例。两组患者均接受精神科药物治疗和常规护理;观察组进行为期3个月的互助管理和生活技能训练。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预后日常生活能力(ADL)评分、社会功能缺陷(SDSS)评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组社会功能、社会兴趣及个人整洁评分均高于对照组,激惹、精神病表现、迟缓及抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:互助管理有助于提高流浪精神发育迟滞患者的日常生活能力和自我照顾能力。

Objective:To explore the influence of mutual aid management mode on the rehabilitation effect of vagrant mental retardation patients.Methods:42 hospitalized patients with mental retardation were selected and they were divided into observation group and control group with 21 cases in each group.Both groups received psychiatric drug therapy and conventional nursing.The observation group was trained in mutual aid management and life skills for three months.The effects of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The daily life ability(ADL)score and social functional impairment(SDSS)score of the observation group after intervention were better than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of social function,social interest and personal tidiness in the observation group were all higher than the control group,while the scores of irritability,psychosis performance,slowness and depression were all lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mutual aid management is helpful to improve the daily life ability and self-care ability of vagrancy mental retardation patients.
