本文基于产教融合研究中医药人才培养体系的路径和方法,通过建立并完善教育链-产业链-创新链耦合机制运行环境、改革中医药人才培养模式、处理好传承与创新的关系、提升高等中医药院校教育教学水平,构建中医药人才培养体系,为健康中国培养适宜人才。

Based on the integration of industry and education,this paper studies the path and method of TCM personnel training system.we will build a training system for TCM professionals,through Establish and improve the operating environment of the coupling mechanism of education chain-industrial chain-innovation chain,reform the training model for TCM professionals,balance inheritance and innovation,improve the level of education and teaching in Chinese medicine colleges.To train suitable talents for a healthy China.
