基于“一气周流”浅谈半夏泻心汤治疗高血压

On the Treatment of Hypertension with Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction Based on "Qi Circulation"

血压是血液在人体气的推动下,通过心脏的搏动,充盈经脉而成,故高血压形成与气的周流运行有关。据黄元御"一气周流"理论,人体一气周流的主要动力源于中土斡旋,当中土斡旋失司,影响气的周流,可引起气血逆乱而诱发高血压。对于此类高血压,可用《伤寒论》中半夏泻心汤治疗,因其辛开苦降,寒热并调,可调节人体气的升降,以恢复中土的斡旋,使一气周流的枢轴运转,畅达一气周流的通路。大气一转,其气乃散,气血调和,故半夏泻心汤治疗高血压具有较好的疗效。

The formation of blood pressure is driven by human qi through the heart beat,filling meridians,so the formation of hypertension is related to the circulation of qi.According to Huang Yuan-yu′s "qi circulation" theory,the main driving force of qi circulation in the human body comes from the mediation of the middle earth.If the mediation fails,it will affect the circulation of qi and blood,causing disorder of qi and blood and inducing hypertension.For this kind of hypertension,we can use Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction in Treatise on Cold Pamage Diseases.It can regulate the rise and fall of qi,restore the mediation of the middle earth,and make the pivot of the circulation of qi run smoothly.When the circulation of qi turns sommth,qi will be scattered,qi and blood will become harmonious.Therefore,Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction has a good effect on hypertension.
