中医药分期治疗中风73例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Curative Effect of TCM by Stages on 73 Cases of Stroke

目的:观察中医药分期治疗中风的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2019年1~12月期间住院治疗的中风患者,按照就诊顺序排序,并使用随机数字表法,将符合标准的145例患者分为两组,单数的73例为试验组,双数的72例为对照组。对照组采用基础治疗方案,试验组采用中医药分期治疗。结果:试验组有效率为83.56%,对照组有效率为62.50%,试验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后中医证候评分、神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05),巴氏指数高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:中医药分期治疗中风,可有效改善中医证候及神经功能缺损程度,提高患者日常生活能力。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of curative effect of TCM by stages on stroke.Methods:The stroke patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected.According to the order of treatment,145 patients who met the standard were divided into two groups,73 cases in the odd number were in the experimental group,and 72 cases in the even number were in the control group.The control group was treated with basic treatment,and the experimental group was treated with TCM by stages.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was 83.56%,and that of the control group was 62.50%.The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score and neurological deficit score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the Barthel index was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM treatment of stroke by stages can effectively improve the TCM syndrome and the degree of nerve function defect,and the ability of daily living of patients as well.
