摘要 导赤散原方主治"小儿心热",《奇效简便良方》扩大了其应用范围,用于治疗小便赤涩淋痛等症。现代常用该方治疗心经火热证及泌尿系统感染属下焦湿热者。应用范围包括口腔疾病、耳鼻喉疾病、眼科疾病、呼吸系统疾病、病毒性心肌炎、泌尿系统疾病、皮肤疾病、精神疾病、妇科疾病、儿科疾病等。导赤散中木通为君药,木通主降心火,引热下行而利水,通草主清肺热、助气下降而利水,二者同中有异,用时需注意区分。竹叶与淡竹叶性能、功效及临床运用相似,常相互替代。导赤散的药理学研究较少,只有深入研究其药理学,才能明确其作用机制。 The original formula of Red-Guiding Powder is mainly used to treat"children′s heart heat".The Wonderfully Simple and Effective Formulas has expanded its application scope,and it has been used in the treatment of urine red astringency and lymph pain.In modern medical practice,it is commonly used in the treatment of fire-heat syndrome of heart meridian and urinary system infection with dampness-heat syndrome of lower energizer.The application scope includes oral disease,ear-nose-throat disease,eye disease,respiratory system disease,viral myocarditis,urinary system disease,skin disease,mental disease,gynecological disease,pediatric disease,etc.Red-Guiding Powder,Mutong(Caulis Akebiae)as sovereign medicinal can lower heart fire,lead heat down and promote urination.Tongcao(Medulla Tetrapanacis)mainly clears lung heat,help qi descend,and promote urination.There are some differences as well as similarities,so we should pay attention to distinguish them.Zhuye(Folium Phyllostachydis Henonis)and Danzhuye(Herba Lophatheri)are similar in property performance,efficacy and clinical application,and often replace each other.The pharmacology research of Red-Guiding Powder is not enough.Only by deeply studying its pharmacology can we make clear its action mechanism.
