新型冠状病毒肺炎免疫抑制患者中医治疗策略 被引量:2

摘要 新型冠状病毒肺炎患者存在机体免疫失衡,过度免疫之后出现免疫抑制的状况,余毒未清,炎症未消,病情缠绵,趋向恶化。免疫抑制状态的中医治疗,优选具有双向免疫调节作用的中药,以及有一定抗病毒和抗炎作用的中药进行治疗。由于冠状病毒具有易突变性,临床用药时应3~5 d更换具有抗病毒作用的中药。对于免疫抑制的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者,难以清除体内残余的病毒,并有可能继发二重感染,导致病情恶化。可以根据患者的临床表现和实验室指标变化,采用小青龙汤和七味都气丸加减治疗,或者在辨证施治的基础上选用具有双向免疫调节作用以及抗病毒作用的中药进行治疗,使机体的免疫状态达到动态平衡,促进机体康复。 Patients with corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)lose the balance in the body′s immune system.After over-immunization,the immune system will be suppressed.The remaining poison is unclear,the inflammation has not disappeared,and the condition is lingering and tends to worsen.The Chinese medicine treatment of immunosuppressed state preferably has a two-way immunomodulatory effect,and a certain antiviral and anti-inflammatory effect is selected for treatment.Due to the mutability of the corona virus,Chinese medicine with antiviral effect should be changed for 3-5 d in clinical medication.For patients with immunosuppressed COVID-19,it is difficult to remove the remaining virus in the body,and it may lead to secondary infections,leading to worsening of the condition.According to the patient′s clinical manifestations and changes in laboratory indicators,Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Qiwei Duqi Pills can be used for treatment on the basis of syndrome differentiation.Chinese medicines with two-way immune regulation and antiviral effects can be selected in treatment to restore the dynamic balance of body′s immune state and to reach and promote the body′s recovery level.
