《中风论》卫气致病说与中风病辨治

Wei Qi Leading to Disease Theory in Zhong Feng Lun and Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Apoplexy

熊笏《中风论》是现存最早的中风病专著,首创中风卫气致病说。熊笏认为中风以卫气少衰为根本,八方邪风所中为病因。中风病病情轻重的判断,熊氏主张应以经络为基础,分孙络、大经辨证。治疗上,熊氏主张分期辨治,顾护脾胃;卫分审病,清热养阴。治法上应协调阴阳,水火兼治,以肾为本,散敛兼施,不宜专用收敛,亦不能专用补药;遣方用药多用凉散,以清热养阴为主。

Xiong Hu′s Zhongfeng Lun is the earliest extant monograph on apoplexy,and pioneered the theory of Wei Qi leading to disease.Xiong Hu believed that stroke is based on the lack of Wei Qi and the pathogeny is the injury of Wind in all directions.In judging the severity of stroke,Xiong believed that the meridian should be used as the basis for differentiation of syndromes,which is divided into Sunluo and Dajing differentiation of syndromes.In terms of treatment,Xiong advocated differentiation and treatment by stages and caring for the Spleen and Stomach;Wei Qi is paid attention to and methods of clearing Heat and nourishing Yin should be used.The treatment method should coordinate Yin and Yang,with treatment of both Water and Fire,taking the Kidney as the basis,dispersing and restraining at the same time,by using drugs with cooling and dispersing characters.
