养血柔筋方治疗早中期膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Yangxue Roujin Formula in Treating Early and Middle Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察养血柔筋方治疗早中期膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将早中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者112例,其中男52例,女60例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各56例。对照组口服筋骨痛消丸治疗,观察组服用养血柔筋方所制丸剂治疗。两组疗程均为3个月。比较两组疗效、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、WOMAC(The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities)膝关节功能评分、炎症因子、红细胞沉降率变化。结果:两组治疗后VAS、WOMAC评分均下降,在治疗后及随访3个月、6个月时均以观察组在VAS、WOMAC评分改善更为显著,观察组与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同组治疗前后比较及各时间点组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清CRP浓度、TNF-α水平均下降,且观察组改善更为明显(P<0.05);观察组疗效有效率94.64%,对照组为87.5%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养血柔筋方治疗早中期膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著,可减轻血清中炎症反应,明显缓解早中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者的疼痛等临床症状,改善患者膝关节功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxue Roujin Formula in the treatment of early and mid-stage knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 112 patients with early to mid-stage knee osteoarthritis including 52 males and 60 females,were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,each with 56 cases example.The control group was treated with Jingu Tongxiao Pills orally,and the observation group was treated with pills prepared by Yangxue Roujin Formula.The course of treatment for both groups was 3 months.The curative effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain before and after treatment,WOMAC(The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities)knee joint function score,inflammatory factors,and changes in erythrocyte sedimentation rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS and WOMAC scores of the two groups decreased after treatment.After treatment and 3 months and 6 months of follow-up,the observation group had more significant improvements in VAS and WOMAC scores.The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05),the comparison of the same group before and after treatment and the difference between the groups at each time point were statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum CRP concentration and TNF-αlevel decreased in the two groups after treatment,And the observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.64%,and the control group was 87.5%.The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxue Roujin Decoction is effective in treating early and mid-stage knee osteoarthritis.It can reduce the inflammation in the serum,significantly relieve the pain and other clinical symptoms of patients with early and mid-stage knee osteoarthritis,and improve the knee joint function of patients.
