基于聚类分析探讨中医药治疗放射性损伤用药规律

摘要 目的:总结中药治疗放射性损伤的用药规律,为中医药治疗本病寻找可靠的文献学证据。方法:通过检索中国知网数据库近10年中药治疗放射性损伤的相关文献,提取筛选合格的文献并进行统计分析。结果:符合要求的文献共有120篇,涉及中药198味,药物总频次1089次。其中使用频数排列在前10位的中药分别是:甘草、麦冬、黄芪、水蛭、生地黄、白术、当归、茯苓、金银花、黄芩。使用频数居于前3位的药物类别为补益药、清热药和活血化瘀药。结论:放射性损伤的治疗以清热解毒为基础,辅以益气养阴、活血化瘀药物。 Objective:To summarize the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of radiation injury,and to find reliable literature evidence for the treatment of this disease with Chinese medicine.Methods:Through searching the Chinese National Knowledge Network′s database about the relevant literature on the treatment of radiation injury by traditional Chinese medicine in the past 10 years,the qualified literature was extracted and screened and statistically analyzed.Result:There are 120 documents that meet the requirements,involving 198 Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of medicines is 1089.Among them,the top 10 Chinese medicines used frequently are:Gancao(Licorice),Maidong(Radix Ophiopogonis),Huangqi(Astragalus),Shuizhi(Leech),Shengdihuang(Rehmannia),Baizhu(Atractylodes),Danggui(Angelica),Fuling(Poria),Jinyinhua(Honeysuckle),Huangqin(Scutellaria).The top 3 drug categories with frequency of use are tonic drugs,Heat-clearing drugs and blood stasis removing drugs.Conclusion:The treatment of radiation injury is mainly based on clearing away Heat and detoxification,supplemented by drugs for invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin as well as promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
