摘要 目的针对目前TST微创术中使用的肛门镜在安全性与灵活性上的不足,需要设计能满足TST微创术高度选择性和微创性需求的肛门镜。方法运用TRIZ理论,分析目前用于TST微创术的肛门镜存在的问题。利用对应的发明原理,解决肛门镜临床使用中的相关问题,提出创新的设计方案。结果依据TRIZ理论的创新设计思想,将其运用在肛门镜的创新设计中。解决目前TST微创术使用的肛门镜存在的损伤患者正常肠壁组织等问题,很好地满足了TST微创术的高度选择性和微创性的需求。结论将TRIZ理论应用于肛门镜改良设计,明确了肛门镜改良优先方向,提出了TST微创术专用肛门镜的可行性设计方案。 Objective In view of the lack of safety and flexibility of the anoscope used in TST microsurgery,it is necessary to design an anoscope that can meet the requirements of highly selective and minimally invasive TST microsurgery.Methods Using TRIZ theory,the existing problems of anoscope used in TST microsurgery were analyzed.Based on the corresponding principle of invention,this paper proposed an innovative design scheme to solve the related problems in the clinical use of anoscope.Results According to the innovative design idea of TRIZ theory,it was applied in the innovative design of anoscope.It could solve the problems of normal intestinal wall tissues in patients with injury existing in the anal mirror used in TST microsurgery,which well met the requirements of highly selective and minimally invasive TST microsurgery.Conclusion TRIZ theory is applied to the modified design of anoscope,the priority direction of improvement of anoscope is defined,and the feasibility design scheme of special anoscope for TST micro-creation is proposed.
