助运床在危重患者外出CT检查中的应用效果

Application Effects of Assisted Transport Bed in CT Examination of Critically Ill Patients

目的设计一种助运床并观察其在危重患者外出CT检查转运的应用效果。方法设计并制作助运床,优化外出检查流程,并与传统外出检查对比,比较助运床检查组和传统检查组两组危重患者的外出检查总时间、外出护送人员数、并发症数、患者家属满意度。结果助运床组的外出检查总时间明显短于传统检查组(P<0.05),并发症数明显少于传统组(P<0.05),患者家属满意度明显提高(P<0.05),且外出护送人员数较传统组可减少1人。结论ICU危重患者使用助运床转运有利于减少外出检查时间,降低转运并发症,减少转运护送人员数,提高患者满意度。

Objective To design a kind of assisted transport bed and observe its application effect in the transport of critically ill patients for outward CT examination.Methods An assisted transport bed was design and make,and the outward CT examination process was optimized.We compared the application effect of the assisted transport bed with the traditional out-going examination in terms of the total out-going examination time,number of escorts,number of complications,and satisfaction of the family members.Results The total time of out-patient examination in the assisted bed group was significantly shorter than that in the traditional examination group(P<0.05),the number of complications was significantly lower than that in the traditional examination group(P<0.05),the satisfaction of the family members of the patients was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the number of out-patient escorts could be reduced by 1 person compared with that in the traditional examination group.Conclusion The use of assisted transport bed in critical ICU patients is beneficial to reduce the time of out-patient examination,reduce transport complications,reduce the number of escorts in transport,and improve patient satisfaction.
