多频振动治疗仪辅助排痰在机械通气慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Multi-Frequency Vibratory Therapy Apparatus in Assisting Sputum Excretion in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Mechanical Ventilation

目的探讨多频振动治疗仪在机械通气慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者排痰时的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月80例建立了机械通气的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,40例实施人工叩背法辅助排痰,40例在此基础上实施多频振动治疗仪辅助排痰,对比临床应用价值。结果多频振动治疗干预可缓解患者血气指标,提高PaO2指标,并降低PaCO2指标,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在建立机械通气的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者排痰时,多频振动治疗仪辅助排痰能够有效的改善患者的生理状态。

Objective To explore the effect of multi-frequency vibration therapy instrument on sputum excretion in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)receiving mechanical ventilation.Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,a total of 80 COPD patients under mechanical ventilation were selected as the subjects,and were divided into two groups by random digital table method.Forty patients were assisted sputum excretion by manual tapping method,and 40 patients were assisted sputum excretion by multi-frequency vibration therapy instrument on this basis.The clinical application value was compared.Results Multifrequency vibration treatment intervention could relieve the blood gas index of COPD patients,with significantly improved index PaCO2 level and reduced PaCO2 level(P<0.05).Conclusion In mechanical ventilation patients with COPD,sputum excretion assisted by multi-frequency vibration therapy instrument can effectively improve the physiological state of patients.
