无创呼吸机辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的效果研究

Study on the Effects of Noninvasive Ventilator in the Adjuvant Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with TypeⅡRespiratory Failure

目的研究无创呼吸机辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的效果。方法筛选2017年9月至2019年3月我院收治的94例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为实验组(无创呼吸机辅助治疗,47例)和参照组(常规治疗,47例),对比两组患者的治疗有效率以及血气指标变化。结果实验组治疗有效率(96.61%)明显高于与参照组(85.10%)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血气指标无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组血气指标明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭可提高患者的治疗有效率,改善患者的血气指标水平,有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of noninvasive ventilator adjuvant therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and typeⅡrespiratory failure.Methods From September 2017 to March 2019,a total of 94 cases with COPD and typeⅡrespiratory failure were included in this study.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into the experimental group(noninvasive ventilator adjuvant therapy,47 cases)and the control group(conventional therapy,47 cases).The treatment efficiency and blood gas index changes of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group(96.61%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.10%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood gas index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood gas index of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator adjuvant treatment of COPD combined with typeⅡrespiratory failure can improve the treatment efficiency of patients,and improve the blood gas index level of patients,which has clinical application value.
