超短波治疗仪在腰椎间盘术后康复中的临床应用分析

Clinical Application of Ultrashort Wave Therapeutic Instrument in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的探析超短波治疗仪在腰椎间盘术后康复中的应用价值。方法选取98例接受手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为参照组和试验组,参照组术后常规修养康复,试验组术后接受超短波治疗,比较两组的康复效果。结果试验组术后1个月的腰椎JOA评分、ADL评分比较差异均不明显(P>0.05),试验组术后3个月的上述两评分均较参照组高(P<0.05)。结论应用超短波治疗仪对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施术后康复治疗,可加速患者腰椎功能和日常生活能力恢复。

Objective To explore the application value of ultrashort wave therapeutic apparatus in the rehabilitation of lumbar disc surgery.Methods A total of 98 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into the reference group and the test group.The reference group received routine postoperative rehabilitation and rehabilitation,and the test group received ultrashort wave therapy after surgery.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the JOA score and ADL score of lumbar spine at 1 month after operation in the experimental group(P>0.05).The above two scores at 3 months after the experimental group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrashort wave therapy instrument to postoperative rehabilitation treatment for patients with lumbar disc herniation can accelerate the recovery of lumbar spine function and daily living ability of patients.
