摘要 目的探讨ATP生物荧光检测仪在眼科精密器械清洗质量控制中的应用效果。方法医院于2019年1月开始对眼科精密器械开展全面清洗管理,将ATP生物荧光检测仪应用在器械清洗中,开展清洗质量控制工作,以最大程度提高眼科精密器械清洗质量,减少院内感染风险。对管理前后器械清洗质量进行对比。结果将ATP生物荧光检测仪应用到眼科精密器械清洗工作中后,有齿类、无齿类、管腔类器械的清洗合格率均明显提高,与全面管理前相比差异显著(P<0.05);ATP监测表面采样、水质采样检测结果显示,器械外表和管腔内细菌检测数量相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将ATP生物荧光检测仪应用到眼科精密器械清洗中,可显著提高器械清洗效果,在清洗质量控制中发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate the application effect of ATP bioluminescence detector in cleaning quality control of ophthalmic precision instruments.Methods In January 2019,the hospital began to carry out comprehensive cleaning management of ophthalmic precision instruments,and applied ATP biofiltration instrument in instrument cleaning to carry out cleaning quality control,so as to improve the cleaning quality of ophthalmic precision instruments to the greatest extent and reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.The cleaning quality of equipment before and after management were compared.Results After applying ATP biolfluorescence detector to the cleaning of ophthalmic precision instruments,the qualified rate of cleaning of toothed,toothless and lumen instruments was significantly improved,and the difference was significant compared with that before the comprehensive management(P<0.05).ATP monitoring surface sampling and water quality sampling test results showed that the number of bacteria detected on the surface of the device and in the lumen was similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of ATP bioluminescence detector in the cleaning of precision ophthalmic instruments can significantly improve the cleaning effect and play an important role in the quality control of cleaning.
