探究CT冠状动脉成像中血氧饱和度对图像质量与地西泮对检查成功率的影响

Investigating the Effect of Blood Oxygen Saturation on Image Quality and the Success Rate of Diazepam in CT Coronary Angiography

目的探讨在多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中患者血氧饱和度对图像质量的影响与是否服用地西泮对检查成功率的影响。方法对310例CCTA患者进行以下分组:服用地西泮5 mg与倍他乐克50 mg分为A组(n=146),单纯服用倍他乐克50 mg为B组(n=164)。将B组患者按照血氧饱和度分为C组和D组,血氧饱和度≥98%为C组(n=65)和血氧饱和度<98%为D组(n=42)。比较各组患者的图像评分结果与检查成功率。结果A组患者冠脉成功率74.6%明显高于B组59.7%(X2=7.730,P<0.01),比较两组成功率差异具有统计学意义,但A、B两组图像评分差异不具有统计学意义(t=0.986,P>0.05)。C组患者冠脉图像评分(3.72±0.52)明显高于D组(3.24±0.96)分(t=3.011,P<0.01),两组的冠脉图像评分具有统计学意义。结论血氧饱和度与CT冠状动脉造影检查图像质量存在相关性,当患者血氧饱和度达到饱和状态时可获得比非饱和状态时更优的图像质量。而地西泮与CT冠状动脉造影检查成功率存在相关性,检查前服用地西泮可提高多层螺旋CT冠状动脉影检查成功率。

Objective To investigate the effect of oxygen saturation on image quality in patients with multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and whether the effect of taking diazepam on the success rate of the test.Methods A total of 310 patients undergoing coronary CT angiography(CCTA)were divided into the following groups:patients in group A took diazepam(5 mg)and betalog(50 mg,n=146),and patients who took betalog(50 mg)only were enrolled in group B(n=164).Patients in group B were then divided into group C and D according to the oxyhemoglobin saturation.Oxyhemoglobin saturation≥98%was divided into group C(n=65)and<98%was in group D(n=42).The image scoring and success rate of examination of each group were compared.Results The success rate of examination in group A(74.6%)was significantly higher than that in group B(59.7%,X2=7.730,P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the image scoring between the two groups(t=0.986,P>0.05).The image scoring of group C was significantly higher than that in group D(t=3.011,P<0.01).Conclusion There is a correlation between blood oxygen saturation and image quality of CT coronary angiography.When the patient’s oxygen saturation reaches saturation,the image quality is better than that in the unsaturated state.There is a correlation between diazepam and CT coronary angiography.The use of diazepam before the examination can improve the success rate of multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography.
