64排螺旋CT血管成像技术对血液透析患者上肢动静脉内瘘血管显示的临床应用

Clinical Application of 64-Slice Spiral CT Angiography in the Display of Arteriovenous Fistula of Upper Limb in Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨64排螺旋CT血管成像技术(CT Angiography,CTA)对血液透析患者上肢动静脉内瘘血管显示的临床效果。方法选定我院2017年4月至2020年4月收诊的82例血液透析患者,均以64排螺旋CT CTA完成诊断工作,观察其诊断表现与临床应用效果。结果经血管三维重组、64排螺旋CT检测后,对于82例患者血管造瘘的范围、部位、狭窄程度等均能够清晰显示,期间未发生并发症。基于CTA诊断完成动静脉内瘘建立工作,患者的内瘘血管功能得到改善,透析血流量得到提高,其近期疗效明显。结论血液透析患者以64排螺旋CT CTA进行诊断,能够明确其上肢动静脉内瘘血管的具体情况,提高其诊断质量,为其最终疗效夯实基础。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 64-slice spiral CT Angiography(CTA)on the display of arteriovenous fistula of upper limb in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 82 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected to complete the diagnosis with 64-slice spiral CT CTA,and the diagnostic performance and clinical application effect were observed.Results After three-dimensional vascular reconstruction and 64-slice spiral CT examination,the scope,location and stenosis of angiostomy in 82 patients could be clearly displayed,and no complications occurred during the period.Based on CTA diagnosis,the establishment of arteriovenous internal fistula was completed,and the vascular function of the patient was improved,and the hemodialysis blood flow was improved,with obvious short-term efficacy.Conclusion The diagnosis of hemodialysis patients with 64-slice spiral CT CTA can clarify the specific situation of arteriovenous fistula of the upper limb,improve the quality of diagnosis,and lay a solid foundation for its final curative effect.
