建立健全医疗设备医用耗材内控管理制度

Establishment and Improvement of the Internal Control and Management System of Medical Equipment and Consumables

当前国内医疗改革的发展速度越来越快,出台的医改政策越来越多,公立医院当中的管理制度也发生着较大的变化。由于国内大多数的公立医院大小和管理水平的不同情况,使得各地所创建的内部控制制度也存在一些不同,在医疗设备医用耗材的内控管理制度也有些一定的问题。本文正是基于此,重点分析了医疗设备医用耗材内控管理制度存在的问题,之后总结了医疗设备医用耗材内控管理制度的建立健全措施,以期指导实践。

At present,the development speed of domestic medical reform is faster and faster,more and more medical reform policies are issued,and the management system of public hospitals is also undergoing great changes.Due to the different size and management level of most public hospitals in China,there are some differences in the internal control system established in different regions,and there are also some problems in the internal control management system of medical equipment and medical consumables.Based on this,this paper focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the medical equipment medical consumables internal control management system,and then summarizes the establishment and improvement measures of the medical equipment medical consumables internal control management system,in order to guide the practice.
