摘要
随着国家“健康中国2030”规划持续推进,保障全民卫生健康,培养新时期高素质的临床医师显得尤为重要。模拟实训中心是完成医院技能教学、模拟培训和医学考试的核心场所,肩负着培养各层级医师和医学生的重要任务,在目前医学教育中得到更多的重视与推荐。许多医院都加强了模拟实训中心的建设规模和实训培训课程的开展力度,但在实际运营中发现实训中心培训课程的开展需要大量实用各类教学设备和物资耗材。如何在工作人员紧张的情况下施行规范化、智能化、科学有效的设备物资管理制度将直接影响到整个模拟实训中心的建设与正常运行。
With the continuous advancement of the national"Healthy China 2030"plan,it is particularly important to ensure the health of all people and to train high-quality clinicians in the new era.The simulation training center is the core place to complete the skill training,simulation training and medical examinations.It undertakes the important task of training physicians and medical students at all levels,and has received more attention and recommendation in current medical education.Many hospitals have strengthened the construction scale of simulation training centers and the development of training courses.However,in actual operation,it has been found that the development of training courses in training centers requires a large amount of training equipment and supplies.Under the circumstances,the implementation of standardized,intelligent,scientific and effective equipment and materials management system will directly affect the construction and normal operation of the entire simulation training center.
