摘要
上海闵行燃机电厂天然气气源的压力较低且存在波动,为使天然气压力满足燃机前置模块入口要求,需配置一台增压机。结合厂区实际情况,对不同类型增压机的优劣性及天然气气源压力的3种可能区间进行了分析,最终选择了带入口压力调节阀的两级离心式增压机,保证机组安全、稳定运行。
The pressure of the natural gas source of Shanghai Minhang Gas Turbine Power Plant is low and fluctuates.In order to make the natural gas pressure meet the inlet requirements of the gas turbine front module,a supercharger is required.Based on the actual situation of the plant,this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different types of superchargers and the three possible ranges of natural gas source pressure.Finally,a two-stage centrifugal supercharger with inlet pressure regulating valve was selected to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
