摘要
针对已投运的直接空冷供热机组,通过对空冷系统进行互联改造,充分利用非供暖季停运机组的空冷系统,降低了运行机组的运行背压,提高了机组的运行效益。以300 MW燃煤机组直接空冷系统为例,比较分析了2种不同的空冷互联改造方案,并计算分析了改造后的经济效益。结果表明,在环境气温33℃、空冷系统连通二列和一列时,机组夏季满发背压分别可降低4~6 kPa和2~4 kPa,该结果可为直接空冷机组节能降耗提供参考。
For the direct air-cooling heating units that have been put into operation,through the interconnection transformation of the air-cooling system,the air-cooling system of the units stopped in non-heating season is fully utilized,which reduces the operating back pressure of the operating units and improves the operation efficiency of the units.Taking direct air-cooling system of 300 MW coal-fired unit as an example,this paper compared and analyzed two different schemes of air-cooling interconnection transformation,and calculated and analyzed the economic benefits after the transformation.The results show that when the ambient temperature is 33℃and the air-cooling system is connected with the second and the first train,the back pressure of the unit at full capacity in summer can be reduced by 4-6 kPa and 2-4 kPa respectively.The results can provide reference for energy conservation and consumption reduction of direct air-cooling units.
