摘要 煤矿瓦斯抽采泵站循环水的水质硬度比较高,设备换热器列管时常发生严重的结垢及堵塞现象,清理时难度非常大,必须用钻头将堵死的列管孔钻透,并倒入化学药剂浸泡,再用机械方法结合高压水枪反复冲洗,才能逐渐除去,严重影响瓦斯抽采真空泵及附属设施的安全运行。通过对量子技术解决生产用水结垢和锈蚀问题的相关阐述,介绍了该技术在寺河煤矿常店瓦斯抽采泵站的应用效果。 The water quality of the circulating water of the gas pumping station in the coal mine is relatively high in hardness,and the tubes of the heat exchanger of the equipment often have serious scaling and blocking phenomena.It is very difficult to clean up.It is necessary to drill the blocked tube hole by using a drill,pour the chemical agent soak into the tubes,and then use the mechanical method combined with high-pressure water gun repeatedly to wash to gradually remove the scale,seriously affecting the safety of gas extraction vacuum pump and ancillary facilities.This paper introduced the application effect of quantum technology in Changdian Gas Pumping Station of Sihe Coal Mine by expounding the solution of scaling and rusting of water used in production with quantum technology.
