摘要
利用负载防霉药剂的埃洛石改性酚醛树脂,制备具有防霉性能的重组材。为研究埃洛石纳米管对酚醛树脂固化过程的影响,选取蒙脱土和氧化铝纳米材料为对比样,利用差示扫描量热法分析3种纳米材料改性胶黏剂的固化动力学,比较了3种纳米材料改性胶黏剂对重组竹力学性能的影响。结果表明:埃洛石改性酚醛树脂可降低其固化起始温度、固化峰值温度,有利于固化反应的进行;埃洛石的添加能提升重组竹的内结合强度和弹性模量,且当载药埃洛石添加量达6%时,所制备的重组材样品具有优秀的防霉性能。
The antimildew agent loaded halloysite was used to modified phenolic resin for the preparation of bamboo scrimber with mold resistant property.In order to study the effect of halloysite nanotubes on the curing process of phenolic resin,montmorillonite and alumina nanomaterials were selected as comparison samples.The curing kinetics of three nanomaterial modified adhesives was analyzed by differential thermal scanning then the effects of three nanomaterial modified adhesives on the mechanical properties of bamboo scrimber were compared.The halloysite modified phenolic resin can lower the curing initiation temperature and the peak curing temperature,which is beneficial to the curing reaction.The addition of halloysite can enhance the internal bond strength and modulus of elasticity of the bamboo scrimber,and when the amount of drug-loaded halloysite is 6%,the prepared sample has excellent property of mold resistance.
