摘要
为了提高淀粉胶黏剂的性能,需要对淀粉进行改性,引入活性基团,形成交联网络结构从而提高其胶合强度。以木薯淀粉为主要原料,通过对淀粉酯化-氧化改性、胶乳共混等复合改性,并加入交联剂复配制备耐水性能优异的高温固化型木材用淀粉胶黏剂。加入胶乳对其进行共混改性,首先讨论了3种不同种类的胶乳,羧基丁腈胶乳(XNBRL)、羧基丁苯胶乳(XSBRL)及丁苯胶乳(SBR)共混改性淀粉胶黏剂(DOMS),确定最佳的胶乳为XNBRL,并分析了XNBRL添加量对XNBRL共混酯化-氧化改性淀粉(DONLMS)胶黏剂性能的影响。XNBRL最佳添加量为质量分数15%,与未加胶乳的胶黏剂,其湿强度和水煮强度分别增长了18%和10%,达到1.24和0.97 MPa。
The experiment was conducted to modify the starch adhesives and introduce reactive groups to build a cross-linked network structure to improve its performance.The cassava starch was used as the main raw material,through the esterification,latex copolymerization blending of starch composite modification and adding cross-linking agent compound preparation of high temperature curing wood starch adhesive with excellent water resistance.Three different kinds of latex,carboxyl butyronitrile latex(XNBRL),carboxyl styrene-butadiene latex(XSBRL)and styrene-butadiene latex(SBR)blend modified starch adhesive(DOMS)were discussed.The optimum latex was XNBRL,and the effect of XNBRL content on the properties of XNBRL blend modified starch adhesive was analyzed.The optimum addition of XNBRL was 15%,and compared with the adhesive without latex,the wet shear strength and boiling water strength of DONLMS adhesive were increased by 18% and 10%,to 1.24 and 0.97 MPa,respectively.
