摘要
血清标志物是由特定器官释放或针对特定器官并存在于血液中的分子,其表达水平能显示某个特定器官的生理或病理状态。新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病是引起新生儿死亡和行为神经障碍的主要原因之一,该病发生后短期内血清标志物可能具有预测损伤程度和预后的潜在作用。本文对血清标志物在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的表达与行为神经相关性进行综述。
Serum markers are molecules released by or for specific organs and exist in blood.Their expression levels can show the physiological or pathological states of a specific organ.Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is one of the main causes of neonatal death and behavioral neurological disorders.Serum markers in a short period may play a potential role in predicting the degree of injury and prognosis.This article reviews the expression of serum markers in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and its correlation with behavioral nerves.
