摘要
目的探讨道德型领导对医生满意度的影响,以提高医生满意度。方法采用问卷调查法,以325名医生为研究对象,从价值观匹配视角分析道德型领导对医生满意度的影响及其中介机制。结果道德型领导对医生满意度具有积极影响;价值观匹配的两种类型——个人-主管价值观匹配和个人-组织价值观匹配,对道德型领导与医生满意度的关系起部分中介作用。结论应重视道德型领导的培育,同时不可忽视价值观匹配所起的桥梁作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of ethical leadership on doctor′s satisfaction,to improve the satisfaction of doctors.Methods Investigation was carried out on 325 doctors in order to analyze ethical leadership on doctor′s satisfaction based on value congruence perspective.Results The ethical leadership had a positive effect on doctor′s satisfaction,and the two different types of value congruence:person-supervisor value congruence and person-organization value congruence both had a mediating effect on the relationship between ethical leadership and doctor′s satisfaction.Conclusion It is essential to focus on ethical leadership and the mediating effect of value congruence.
