活性炭催化臭氧化油田采出水中的聚丙烯酰胺

摘要 随着聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)在我国三次采油工业中的推广使用,如何处理采油废水中的PAM已成为人们研究的重点。本文使用活性炭为载体,通过浸渍和高温煅烧在其结构中负载金属离子铁作为改性催化剂去除油田采出水中的PAM。研究了改性活性炭用量、臭氧通量、搅拌转速、PAM初始浓度,以及反应温度对PAM去除率的影响。实验结果表明:最佳反应条件为臭氧通量6 L/min、转速550 r/min、改性活性炭投加量0.3 g、反应温度50℃。 With the popularization and utilization of polyacrylamide(PAM)in Chinese tertiary oil recovery industry,how to deal with PAM in oil recovery wastewater has become the focus of research.In this paper,activated carbon is used as a carrier,and different metal ions are carried in the structure by soaking and calcination at high temperature to remove PAM from oilfield production water as a modification catalyst.The effects of the amount of modified activated carbon,the initial concentration of PAM,the optimum reaction temperature,the ozone flux,the reaction time and the stirring speed during the reaction on PAM removal were investigated.The experimental results showed that the removal rate of PAM is inversely proportional to the initial concentration,and the higher the initial concentration,the lower the removal rate.The best experimental conditions were as follows:the optimal reaction conditions are ozone flux 6 L/min,rotation speed 550 r/min,modified activated carbon 0.3 g,The reaction temperature is 50℃.
