含裂纹储罐的有限元分析

摘要 针对汽油储罐第二层壁板含有深度较小裂纹可能会发生结构破坏、失稳等问题,使用有限元软件Workbench对罐体进行详细应力分析,研究油罐罐体受力情况,并与无缺陷储罐受力进行对比。结果表明,应力集中点位于含缺陷储罐的第二层,其最大应力强度位于裂纹长轴中心处。 Focusing on the problems such as structural damage and instability of gasoline tank with small crack on the second shell of the tank,carrying out detail stress analysis on the tank bodies based on finite element software Workbench and the stress condition of the gasoline tan was studied.The result has been compared with those of defectless tank.The simulation results show that the stress concentration point located at second shell of the tank with crack.The maximum stress intensity existed in the center of the long axis of crack.
