废水甲烷化反硝化耦合处理过程中污泥物化特性及微生物群落结构解析 被引量:3

摘要 借助批实验,在碳氮比8.0时获得甲烷化反硝化代谢耦合,探究过程中碳、氮素去除特性;采用变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)对污泥微生物群落结构和多样性展开研究。结果表明,耦合过程对水中碳、氮素均有较好的去除率,污泥中主要细菌菌群分布于变形菌门、放线菌门、厚壁菌门和螺旋体菌门,其中变形菌门占比在53%左右。肠杆菌科(Enterobacteriaceae)微生物可能在耦合过程初期起着关键作用。 Batch experiments at the COD/NO3--N ratio of 8.0 were carried out to investigate the characteristics of the coupling of methanogenesis and denitrification process and removal of carbon and nitrogen. Furthermore, the DGGE technique has been used to analyze the structure and diversity of microbes during the coupling biological process. Results showed that the coupling process showed a high removal rate of carbon and nitrogen. Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Firmicutes and Spirochaetes were identified to be the dominant communities, and the Proteobacteria phylum accounted for almost 53 % of the total bacterial communities. Enterobacteriaceae might be the core bacterium contributed to the initial coupling process.
