摘要
夹套容器目前已在天然气、石油化工等行业中得到普遍应用。本文将简要阐述夹套容器的应力分布状况;探究夹套容器压力参数的选取、设计温度、腐蚀裕量的选取;对封闭件、排放孔、防冲结构、加强结构等常用结构形式进行阐述。以期对于GB/T 150.1~150.4《压力容器》中夹套容器设计相关内容进行完善。
Jacket container has been widely used in natural gas, petrochemical and other industries. This paper will briefly describe the stress distribution of jacketed vessels. Explain the selection of pressure parameters, design temperature and corrosion margin of jacket vessel;the common structural forms such as sealing parts, discharge holes, anti-punching structure and reinforcing structure are expounded. In order to improve the GB/T 150.1~150.4 "pressure vessels" in the jacket container design related.
