Green and smart are two major trends in the development of chemical parks. The goal of the integration of the two is to build green smart chemical parks. This paper defines the connotation of green and smart chemical parks, proposes the functional orientation and architecture design for the construction of green and smart chemical parks, and discusses the top-level design and smart environmental protection platform architecture for the green and smart construction of Quanhui Petrochemical Industry Park.
