摘要
采用中国2010~2018年的省际动态面板数据,基于系统GMM模型研究了高技术产业创新的各因素对技术创新产出水平的影响。结果表明:研发机构数、R&D项目数及新产品开发经费支出对高技术产业的技术创新水平具有显著的正向促进作用,而新产品销售收入则对技术创新水平具有负向影响,其负向影响可能的原因是新产品问世面临的市场推广、批量生产、产业链配套等环节的时滞作用等。基于此,提出了相应的政策建议。
Using the provincial dynamic panel data of China from 2010 to 2018,this paper studies the influence of various factors on the output level of technological innovation based on the System GMM model.The results show that:the number of R&D institutions,R&D projects and new product development expenditure have a significant positive effect on the level of technological innovation in high-tech industries;while the sales revenue of new products has a negative impact on the level of technological innovation.The possible reasons for the negative impact are the time lag of market promotion,mass production and industrial chain matching.Based on this,the corresponding policy implications are put forward.
