摘要
运用UN Comtrade的1997-2018年蜂蜜贸易统计数据,对中国蜂蜜产业国际竞争力进行评价;基于波特的“钻石模型”理论,对中国蜂蜜产业国际竞争力的影响因素进行深入分析;从强化蜂业专业人才培育、加强技术创新、推进蜂业企业取得国际质量体系认证、促进养蜂专业合作社或者联合体的形成、调整产业结构政策等五个方面,提出了中国蜂蜜产业国际竞争力的提升策略。
This paper evaluated the international competitiveness of China's honey industry by using UN COMTRADEhoney trade statistics from 1997 to 2018.And it analyzed the influencing factors of China's honey industry's international competitiveness in depthbased on Porter's"Diamond Model"theory.Finally it put forward the promotion strategies of international competitiveness of China's honey industry fromfive aspects of strengthening the cultivation of bee industry professionals,which included strengthening techno⁃logical innovation,promoting bee industry enterprises to obtain international quality system certification,promoting the formation of bee industry cooperatives or consortiums and adjusting industrial structure poli⁃cies.
