Review of TCM and Western Medicine Research on Assessment and Intervention of Elderly Frailty

衰弱是介于健康与失能中间的一种状态。作为老年人群临床危险事件的前期状态,衰弱严重影响老年人健康和生活质量,因此对衰弱进行早评估、早识别、早干预,对提高老年人群的生活质量具有重要意义。本文就近年来老年衰弱的中西医评估及干预现状进行分析,旨在为相关研究提供参考。

Frailty is an intermediate state between health and disability.As the early stage of clinical risk events in the elderly,frailty seriously affects their health and life quality.Therefore,early assessment,recognition and intervention of frailty are crucial for improving life quality of the elderly.This article analyzed the current status of evaluation and intervention of TCM and Western medicine for elderly frailty,with the purpose to provide references for relevant study.
