高校图书馆专利信息服务能力优化策略研究

Research on the Optimization Strategy of Patent Information Service Ability of University Library

在专利数据资源开放获取日益便捷的条件下,如何有效提升高校图书馆专利信息服务能力与水平是一个值得深思的重要问题。在阐释专利信息内涵及其情报价值的基础上,分析了高校图书馆提供专利信息服务能力的现状,探讨了优化高校图书馆专利信息服务能力的基本策略,从人才整合、资源建设、管理及服务流程优化等方面提出了构建集成化、立体化、精准化专利信息服务体系的建议,以提升我国高校图书馆开展专利信息服务的专业性与有效性。

Under the condition of more and more convenient open access to patent data resources,how to effectively improve the patent information service ability and level of university library is an important issue worth thinking deeply.On the basis of explaining the connotation of patent information and its intelligence value,this paper analyzes the current situation of the ability of university libraries to provide patent information services,discusses the basic strategies of opti⁃mizing patent information service ability of university libraries,and puts forward some suggestions on constructing an inte⁃grated,three-dimensional and precise patent information service system from the aspects of talents integration,resources construction,management,and service process optimization,etc.,in order to enhance the professionalism and effectiveness of Chinese university libraries in providing patent information services.
