摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的突然来袭,是对高校图书馆在线服务能力的突击检查,也是对高校图书馆应对重大突发公共事件应急响应能力的一次实战检阅。实践证明,众多高校图书馆疫情期间为广大读者提供了种类齐全的数字资源,这为降低读者面对疫情的焦虑情绪、满足读者疫情期间的在线学习提供了强有力的支撑。但是疫情期间,读者的阅览需求和心理状态也发生了较大改变,为此,构建了疫情下高校图书馆读者焦虑心理状态分析模型,以湖北高校近500名学生为调查对象,完成了疫情下高校图书馆读者焦虑心理状态和影响因素的调查分析。研究表明,疫情下高校图书馆读者焦虑的指数为3.06,略高于传统模式下读者焦虑指数2.55~2.73的区间,显示疫情对高校图书馆读者心理状态产生了一定的负面影响,但整体波动不大。根据调查分析结果,提出了优化高校图书馆在线服务质量、降低读者焦虑的若干对策。
The sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic is not only a surprise inspection to test the online service ability of university libraries,and also a practical review of the emergency response ability of university libraries to deal with major public threats.Practice has proved that many university libraries have provided readers with a full range of digi⁃tal resources during the epidemic,which provides a strong support for reducing the anxiety of readers facing the epidemic and satisfying their online learning during the epidemic.But during the COVID-19 outbreak,the reader’s reading demand and psychological state have been significant changes,for this purpose,the library anxiety psychology analysis model is constructed and the investigation of library anxiety state and influencing factors for nearly 500 university students in Hubei is completed.The research shows that the anxiety index of university library readers during the COVID-19 epidemic situa⁃tion is 3.06,slightly higher than the range of 2.55~2.73 under the traditional model,indicating that the epidemic situation has a certain negative impact on the psychological state of university library readers,but the overall fluctuation is not large.According to the result of investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing the on⁃line service quality of university library and reducing the library readers’anxiety.
