摘要
针对传统林格曼黑度检测自动化程度低、不利于数据溯源等缺点,提出了一种基于自动烟气图像采集、GPRS自动上传、图像处理判定结果的智能化林格曼黑度检测系统。经过多次实地测定,该系统所测定的烟气黑度等级与人工测定的黑度等级一致。
Aimed at the shortages of low degree of automation and poor data traceability of traditional Ringelman smoke detection,an intelligent Ringelman smoke detection system was designed based on automatic smoke image collection,GPRS automatic uploading,image processing and result determination functions.After many times of field test,Ringelmann number measured by this system was in consistent with that by manual measurement.
