摘要
随着汽车业、军工及重工等行业的飞速发展,机械制造行业中的三维钣金零部件和特殊型材的切割加工呈现小批量化、多样化、高精度化的趋势。传统机器人激光切割系统无法满足精度和多元化需求,存在柔性差等问题,在技术方面急待优化升级以提高生产效率。本方案从工作站结构优化设计、离线编程等方面对机器人激光切割系统从硬性技术、软性技术和工艺三个方面进行优化设计,大大提高生产效率。
With the rapid development of automobile industry,military industry and heavy industry,the cutting processing of 3D sheet metal parts and special profiles in mechanical manufacturing industry presents the trend of small batch quantification,diversification and high precision.The traditional robot laser cutting system can not meet the requirements of precision and diversification,and there are some problems such as poor flexibility.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize and upgrade the technology to improve the production efficiency.This scheme optimizes the design of the robot laser cutting system from the aspects of workstation structure optimization design,off-line programming and so on,from three aspects of hard technology,soft technology and process,greatly improving the production efficiency.
