基于高低压控制的无阻高频脉冲电源的设计

摘要 为提高电火花数控线切割机床高频脉冲电源的利用率,以及切割加工的精度与效率,基于高、低压控制特性,设计了一种无阻高频脉冲电源。介绍了电源电路的拓扑结构,并对高电压有阻回路和低压无阻回路进行了详细设计。实际加工表明,该无阻高频脉冲电源可保证机床始终具有最佳的工作效率与加工精度,并且其电源利用率相比于有阻脉冲电源的利用率有了成倍的增加。 In order to improve the utilization rate of high frequency pulse power supply for WEDM,as well as the accuracy and efficiency of cutting,a high frequency pulse power supply without resistance is designed based on the high voltage and low voltage control characteristics.The topology structure of the power supply circuit is introduced,and the high voltage circuitwithout resistance and low voltage circuit withresistance are designed in detail.The actual processing shows that the high frequency pulse power supply without resistance can ensure the best working efficiency and machining accuracy of the machine tool,and the utilization ratio of the pulse power supplywithout resistance is doubled compared with that of the pulse power supplywith resistance.
