转角区域插铣刀轨生成算法研究与开发

摘要 有效制定转角区域插铣加工工艺,合理布置插铣刀位点与刀轨路径是提高插铣加工效率的重要途径。虽然许多计算机辅助设计与制造软件已具备了插铣功能,但这些模块缺乏对插铣区域的估计,无法自动识别残留区域,导致刀轨排布不均匀,出现漏加工区域,或刀轨过密,加工效率低下等。针对转角区域插铣应用问题,综合考虑加工残留余量、加工区域及插铣刀具特征等因素,提出了插铣刀轨规划与优化排布算法,及其刀轨快速生成功能开发,进一步提高拐角区域加工效率、降低工艺人员工作量。 It is an important method to implement effective plunge milling process and regulate tool path reasonably to promote plunge milling efficiency.Even though the plunge module has already been used in main computer assisted design and manufacture software,it lacks of the estimation for plunge areas,especially the residual area automatically;therefore,it is likely to produce redundant tool paths or undetected machining area.For the plunge milling application to the corner feature,considering the factors of machining residual,machining area and the plunge tool feature,the regulation and optimization algorithm of the plunge tool path is proposed and the tool path rapid generation is developed,in order to increase plunge milling efficiency and reduce technologists’workload.
