Development of Custom-made Platform for College Students’Cultural and Creative Products Based on the Application-oriented Talents Training

高校肩负着培养高科技现代化专业人才的艰巨使命,唯有创新发展才有未来。文章以当前校企合作的痛点出发,创新性的将商业模式移植到高校应用型人才的培养过程中来,提出了大学生文创产品定制平台的设计与开发方案,为校企合作找到了长久稳定合作的联结纽带,完成了校企合作“最后一公里”的搭建和加固工作,使得企业、高校和学生三方都能够从中受益,从而实现校企合作高技能专门人才的可持续培养。

Colleges and universities shoulder the arduous mission of training high-tech modern professionals,and they can have a bright future only by innovation and development.Starting from the pain point of the current school and enterprise cooperation,this paper innovatively transplants the business model into the training process of applied talents in colleges and universities,and it puts forward the design and development scheme of customized platform for college students’cultural and creative products.By doing so,it has found a long-term and stable link for the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and it has completed the construction and reinforcement of the"last mile"of school and enterprise cooperation.The three sides of enterprise,colleges and universities and students can benefit from it,so as to realize the sustainable training of high skilled professionals in school and enterprise cooperation.
