摘要
如今,高频开关电源的使用愈加广泛,但随着开关频率的增加,相应的开关损耗也会增加。基于L6565D控制芯片,采用准谐振技术,设计了一种反激式高压电路,应用于激光陀螺高压电源中。由于L6565D控制芯片具有电压前馈功能,可以根据采集到的输入电压的变化来调节内部限流点,而且可以利用变压器磁复位检测来控制开关管工作于谷底导通模式,实现软开关功能。因此基于L6565D控制芯片的准谐振反激式高压电源可以有效地减少开关管的开关损耗,提高电源的工作效率,保证电压的稳定输出。
Now,the use of high-frequency switching power supply is becoming more and more widespread,but as the switching frequency increases,the corresponding switching loss will also increase.Based on the L6565D control chip,using quasi-resonant technology,designed a high-voltage circuit,applied to the laser gyro high-voltage power supply.The L6565D control chip has a voltage feedforword function,which can adjust the internal current limit point according to the change of the collected input voltage.Moreover,the magnetic reset detection of the transformer can be used to control the switch to work in the bottom of conduction mode,realizes soft switch function.Therefore,the quasi-resonant flyback high-voltage power supply based on the L6565D control chip can effectively reduce the switching loss of the switching tube,improves power supply efficiency,guarantees stable output of voltage.
