摘要
2003年,美国作家尼古拉斯在《IT DOESN’T MATTER》一书中提到自己对IT行业发展的看法与对前景的担忧。本文立足于17年后的今天,结合IT行业在此期间的新发展分析其观点,以期提出一些新的看法。
In 2003,Nicholas,an American writer,mentioned his views on the development of IT industry and his worry about the future in his book it doesn't matter.In this paper,based on the 17 years after today,combined with the new development of IT industry in this period,analysis of its views,in order to put forward some new views.
